This Saturday afternoon St. Flannan's Park will host two of this year's county intermediate hurling championship quarter finals as two north and two mid clubs will do battle for places in the last four.

The double-header gets underway at 2pm when Silvermines face Moyne-Templetuohy and this game will be followed by the meeting of mid champions Clonakenny and Ballina at 3.30pm.  Extra time will be played in the event of a draw in either game.

There will also be a double header in Boherlahan on the same afternoon where Ballybacon-Grange will play Sean Treacys and Rockwell Rovers meet St. Marys Clonmel in the other two quarter finals.
