Seven of our hurling teams will line out in the coming days in what will be a very busy period of activity for the club.  Our senior hurlers will contest the first round of the county championship on Sunday, while every other team from minor down to Under 8 will be in action between Wednesday 27th June and Monday 2nd July.

The action gets underway on Wednesday evening when our Under 14s travel to Roscrea for a north championship clash against Roscrea at 7pm.  Moneygall will be hoping to follow up on last week's win over Toomevara with another good performance.

With the exam break now over, the Clonakenny/Moneygall minor hurlers will begin their mid championship campaign on Thursday evening against Gortnahoe Glengoole.  This game will be played in Gortnahoe with a throw-in time of 8pm.

On Friday evening our Under 12s continue the Premier 12s campaign with a match away to Templederry, while on Saturday, both our Under 10 and Under 8 panels will travel to Dr. Morris Park in Thurles to take part in juvenile blitzes.

On Sunday afternoon in Templemore our senior hurlers will play Upperchurch Drombane in the first round of the county championship at 3.30pm.  Moneygall will hope to reverse last year's result when beaten by the same opposition at the same stage of the championship.

Finally, the mid Under 16 championship begins on Monday evening next.  Clonakenny/Moneygall will play Dúrlas Óg in round one at 7.30pm in Clonakenny.

Please note the above fixture times or venues may change at short notice - details can be confirmed with the various team managements.
