Senior Hurling Challenge: Hurling followers will get their first chance to see the Tipperary senior hurlers in action in 2014 this Sunday afternoon in St Flannan's Park, when our club hosts Tipp's first game of 2014.  Tipp take on Offaly in a challenge match in preparation for the upcoming Waterford Crystal Cup and National League.  Throw-in time has been fixed for 1pm.

Charity Match: St Flannan’s Park was the venue for our charity fundraiser on St Stephen’s morning, when our hurling team took on Moneygall FC in a gaelic football challenge match.  Conditions were ideal for free-flowing football and at the end of an enjoyable game the hurlers came out on top by 2-4 to 0-5.  Most importantly over €600 was raised for our chosen charity Fighting Blindness.  Thanks to all the players and spectators who turned out, to our referee Martin Ahern, to Ollie’s Bar who provided soup and sandwiches after the game, and to everyone who contributed to this worthy cause.
