There have a number of changes to the fixtures involving our club teams this weekend from those details published in the local newspapers earlier in the week.

Firstly, the north junior league hurling match against Burgess, due to be played on Saturday afternoon in Kilcolman, has been postponed.  No new date has yet been confirmed.

The venue for the North Under 21 B football semi final between Moneygall/Clonakenny and Portroe on Sunday morning has now been switched from Toomevara to Portroe.  Throw-in time remains unchanged at 12 noon.

Following Wednesday night's extra-time defeat to Borris-Ileigh in Round 2A of the County Senior Hurling Challenge Cup, the senior hurlers next fixture has been confirmed.  Moneygall will now contest the Jim Devitt Cup (Section B), and will meet Drom-Inch in the quarter final of the competition this Sunday afternoon in St Flannan's Park at 4pm.

The other club team in action this weekend will be our Under 16 footballers, who will play their first match in Group 1 of the north championship against Silvermines on Saturday at 12 noon in Moneygall.

Finally, best of luck to Liam Carroll, Anthony Devereux, Sean Fogarty, Paddy Devereux and Tomas Duane who will be in action for Colaiste Phobal Roscrea in the All-Ireland Senior A Vocational Schools Hurling Semi-Final against St Fergal's College Rathdowney this Saturday afternoon in Templemore, at 3pm.
