A launch night will be held in Delaney’s Bar from 9pm, where refreshments will be served, and plans and suggestions for the Galway trip will be discussed.

Saturday 12th September
Evening mass in Dunkerrin will be celebrated for deceased team mates, mentors, club members and relatives, followed by a social night in Ollie’s Bar with refreshments, to continue the chats and finalise details of the Galway trip.

Tuesday 6th to Thursday 8th October
A reunion trip to Galway Bay Hotel in Salthill

Thursday 8th - Departure

Cost - €120 per person sharing, including 2 nights B&B and group dinner.
€150 per person for a single room, including 2 nights B&B and group dinner.

A provisional booking has been made and arrangements agreed with the hotel.  A booking deposit of €50 per room can be paid to either Pat Sheedy or Seamus Ryan, joint treasurers.  We would like everybody to pay the deposit as soon as you can, so that a booking deposit can be paid to the hotel and give them an early indication of numbers and rooms required.  The balance of the cost is to be paid on check-out from the hotel.
