News Update 23/1/17

posted 22 Jan 2017, 11:09 by Moneygall GAA
Minor Presentation: Almost 100 people attended the presentation of the North Tipperary minor hurling and football medals at a function in Dunkerrin Community Centre on Saturday last. Speaking on behalf of Moneygall Pat Sheedy complimented the coaches and parents. On behalf of Clonakenny Roger Quigley praised the commitment and character of the players.
Willie Ryan, who won an All Ireland senior medal with Tipp in 2016, presented the medals. In a very fine speech he urged the players to keep developing the skills and to give full commitment to their clubs. Clonakenny secretary Breda Carroll presented mementos to the coaches Roger Quigley, Maxi Crampton, John Fogarty, and John Doughan. Brian Carroll’s catering served a beautiful meal which was greatly enjoyed. Thanks to all who helped to make it a great function.
