We will host the inaugural Tim Liffey Memorial U14 Hurling Tournament in St Flannan’s Park on Saturday 13th September.  Teams from Moneygall, Templederry, Clonakenny and Ballyskenagh/Killavilla will compete in the tournament, held in honour of our Club President who passed away earlier this year.

Under 12: The second running of the Joe Donnelly Memorial U12 Hurling Tournament will take place in St Flannan’s Park on Saturday 6th September.  Moneygall will compete with teams from Templederry, Seir Kieran and Ballyskenagh/Killavilla.

Under 6/8/10: Our U6s, 8s & 10s welcomed Freshford last Wednesday 20th August.  We were treated to a great evenings hurling with 4 competitive games being played.  Moneygall performed well in all games.  Thanks to Freshford for travelling up to Moneygall.  Thanks also to all those who provided buns and cakes on the night and to those who helped in the kitchen.
Our U8s & 10s will host Shinrone this Thursday at 6.30pm.  Training for our U8s, 10s and 12s takes place on Wednesday at 6.30pm.  Our U6 Nursery group will also meet at this time.
A parish league for our Under 10 and Under 8 hurlers will also begin this Saturday morning, and will be played on Saturdays and Wednesdays over the coming weeks.

All-Ireland Camogie Final: Last Sunday afternoon St Flannan’s Park hosted the All-Ireland Junior A Camogie Final, in which Limerick beat Carlow.  Thanks to everyone who helped in preparing the field and clubhouse beforehand, and to those did stewarding, ticket-selling, and who helped out in the shop and the kitchen during the event.
