Intermediate: Good luck to our hurlers who play Kiladangan in the north semi final on Saturday evening in Toomevara. Throw-in time is fixed for 5pm. Our county championship match against Roscrea has also been confirmed for Saturday 12th August, in Cloughjordan at 7pm. We hope to see a good turnout of support for the club for these matches.

Junior:
We were beaten by Silvermines in Dolla in our first match in the junior B hurling championship on Sunday evening last. Our remaining group matches will be against Ballinahinch, Roscrea and Lorrha.

Minor: The minor hurlers were beaten by Ballina by 2-11 to 0-17 last Thursday evening. Our next fixture will be away to Portroe this Thursday.

Under 16: Our U16s were beaten by Portroe by 5-16 to 2-20 last week. We then played Ballina on Monday evening in a rescheduled match – see Match Results section for details. Our next fixture will be against Newport on August 14th.

Under 14: We finished the U14A championship with 2 wins from 7 games and did not make the semi finals. We are now looking forward to hosting the Tim Liffey Tournament in September.

Under 12: We were knocked out of the U12A Championship by a strong Borrisoleigh side at the quarter final stage. Well done to the players and coaches who put in a great effort and improved as the campaign went on. We are now looking forward to the Joe Donnelly Tournament in the coming weeks, date to be confirmed.

Under 11: We attended a very good tournament in St Patrick's Ballyragget on Saturday. We played Danesfort, Graigue-Ballycallan and Durrow Harps. We played well beating Graigue-Ballycallan in our first game, but then lost out in our other two games and we didn't make the final.  Thanks to St Patrick's for the invitation and hospitality.

Juveniles: Training continues for our U12, U10, U8 and Little All Stars groups on Tuesday evenings at 6.30pm.

Cúl Camp: We had 111 children registered for our Cúl Camp this year. We had a great week, including the weather. Thanks to all the coaches, especially our own Mairéad Teehan. Thanks to all the children for taking part so well, and for being so well behaved. Thanks also to all the parents who helped out at lunch breaks.

Croke Park: Our juvenile club are taking a bus with players, parents and coaches to the All Ireland Semi Final on Sunday. We will confirm times and details during the week.

Tipp v Galway: Best of luck to Mary Ryan, Mairéad Teehan and the Tipp camogie panel in their All Ireland Quarter Final on Saturday night in Semple Stadium. Good luck also to the Tipp hurlers and management team in Sunday’s All Ireland Semi Final in Croke Park.

Lotto: Our jackpot has now reached €4100. You can buy your tickets for just €2 each through the Club Lotto section of this website. Many thanks to all our lotto players and promoters for your continued support.
