Junior: We were beaten by Lorrha in the North Junior B hurling league semi final on Sunday evening in Cloughjordan.  We will play Borris-Ileigh in the first round of the championship.

Under 16: Our first championship match will be at home to Borris-Ileigh on Monday 29th June.  Training continues on Monday and Thursday evenings.

Under 14: Our U14s lost to Silvermines by 5-7 to 2-4 in our first match of the north championship last Wednesday.  Our second game will be against Lorrha/Shannon Rovers this evening (Wednesday) in Lorrha at 7pm.

Cunningham Tournament:  We contested the Martin Cunningham U14 Tournament in Roscrea on Sunday last.  We were beaten by JK Brackens in the semi final by 0-10 to 0-5.  We then beat Faughs in the shield final on a 3-12 to 3-4 scoreline.  Many thanks to the Roscrea club and the Cunningham family for the invitation.

Under 12 Group B: We played Ballina last Friday evening in Ballina in a great game despite the heavy downpours.  Having been down by 1-0 to 1-4 at half time, the match finished level, 3-3 to 1-9.  We are playing Borris-leigh on Tuesday of this week and are also due to play Borrisokane at the weekend, both matches in St Flannan's Park.

Under 12 Group D: We played Ballina last Friday.  After a very close game all through Ballina edged us out at the final whistle 2-1 to 1-2.  This was our first competitive hurling game together and we look forward to many more exciting games ahead, as we have 8 more games in this group.  We were due to play Burgess on Monday evening.

Under 10: The U10s took part in a county blitz last Saturday in Dr Morris Park.  We were involved in 3 competitive games against Drom Inch, Moyle Rovers and Golden. Our next blitz will be on 4th July.  Training will take place as usual at 6.30pm on Tuesday evening.
We have a challenge match against Toomevara this Saturday 13th at 10.15am in Toomevara.  We will also have a match next Saturday week (20th) against Moycarkey, in Moycarkey at 10.30.

Under 8: We fielded two teams in a hurling blitz in Toomevara on Saturday last.  Both teams played Kilruane and Toomevara in very competitive matches.  A great performance by all our players.  Training continues on Tuesday evenings at 6.30pm.

Under 6: We have a great group of over 40 children in the Little All-Stars group this year.  Training continues on Wednesday evenings at 6.30pm.
