Tim Liffey U14 Tournament

posted 18 Sep 2014, 06:01 by Moneygall GAA
Following on from the success of our Joe Donnelly U12 Tournament two weeks ago, this Saturday it will be the turn of our Under 14s as the club hosts the first Tim Liffey Memorial U14 Hurling Tournament in St Flannan’s Park.

Fresh from their recent success in the North U14 Plate Final as an amalgamated team (see photo below), Moneygall and Templederry will compete separately on Saturday, along with our other visiting teams Loughmore and Kinnitty.

The programme for the day is as follows:

SEMI FINALS:
2.00pm
  Moneygall v Loughmore
2.45pm  Templederry v Kinnitty

4.00pm    Shield Final
(losing semi finalists)

4.45pm    Tim Liffey Cup Final (winning semi finalists)

We hope to see plenty of support in the field throughout the afternoon for what promises to be a great day's hurling.
